We were looking for a used Chevy Traverse with lower miles and a good price. We did lots of online research and Dugan had the best deal for us. The salesman was polite, friendly and helpful but not pushy or overbearing. We felt we were treated fairly and given a good trade-in value on our van. Dugan also worked with us on financing and they were able to beat the interest rate our bank and USAA would give us by quite a good margin. The finance manager did a great job explaining every piece of paper that we signed and we did not feel rushed or that they just wanted to move us along. The 2 yr maintenance agreement is awesome, too, along with the certified warranty that came with the traverse. We are very happy our purchase and the way we were treated by everyone at Dugan.
